- Payments are processed in GBP equivalent via secure third-party payment providers.
- Digital materials are delivered via secure download link within 1–24 hours after payment confirmation (often same day).
- Access is permanent for personal use — download and retain copies.
- Any technical delivery issues will be resolved promptly or result in full refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Full refund available if requested before digital delivery occurs (within 14 calendar days of order; processed within 3–7 working days).
- No refunds after materials have been delivered or access granted, except where we are unable to provide the purchased product due to our error.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
