STATHAM PROJECT SERVICES LTD is committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data responsibly, transparently and in full compliance with the UK GDPR and other applicable laws. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purposes, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Personal Data We Collect
- Name — optional — used solely to personalize communication during order handling and customer support
- Phone number — required — our primary contact method for order confirmation, payment coordination, delivery and support
- Selected program or bundle — required — to prepare and deliver the correct digital materials
- Anonymous technical data — approximate country/region, device type, browser, visit timestamps — collected in non-identifiable aggregated form for site performance monitoring, basic analytics and protection against spam/abuse
We do not collect or require: email addresses (unless voluntarily provided during communication), residential or postal addresses, payment card numbers/CVV/expiry dates, passport/ID numbers, date of birth, health/medical information, or any special category / sensitive personal data.
2. Purposes and Lawful Basis for Processing

- Legitimate interests — to maintain and improve website functionality, ensure site security, perform basic anonymised analytics, and prevent fraud/abuse (Art. 6(1)(f))
We do not use your personal data for marketing, newsletters, advertising, behavioural profiling, retargeting, product recommendations or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order and providing support. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties (except minimal pseudonymised transaction metadata required by payment processors as legally necessary).
We will never ask you to provide card details, CVV codes, expiry dates, passwords, banking credentials, passport/ID numbers or any similar sensitive information over phone, message, email or any other channel. Any communication requesting such information is fraudulent — end the conversation immediately and notify us at hello@equilibriavital.co.uk.
